My background in Tier 2 Technical Support has given me a unique perspective on reliability: I don’t just build systems; I know how they fail and how to fix them under pressure. I am passionate about automation, Linux (Arch is my daily driver), and optimizing workflows using methodologies like Docs-as-Code.
